Thank you to everyone who attended RMACRAO’s 49th Annual Conference at Casper College in Casper, Wyoming. It was an amazing opportunity to connect with colleagues in the higher education community throughout Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico. Chelse DePaolo-Lara, the Associate Vice-President of Enrollment Management at Casper College, taught us about generational communication. Dr. Wendolyn Davis, the Chattanooga State’s Executive Director of Pathway Alignment, taught us that getting involved and looking at different perspectives is key. Colleagues shared their experience and expertise in all aspects of professional development and support. The Swag Swap, Axe Throwing, and Casper Pub Crawl rounded out the fun.
